Does wind increase when it goes from a high to low pressure, or a high to low pressure? Thanks!! ~Flo=)?

Not sure I understand your question. Wind does increase due to pressure differences, with the speed of that wind determined simply by how much pressure difference exists over a given distance. The larger the pressure difference, the stronger the wind.
