Is Gwen Stefani really that pretty and hot in person?

I haven't been lucky enough to meet Gwen,but I am a member of the No Doubt forum,and all the fans there who have met her have posted that she is absolutely gorgeous with or without a lot of makeup.More importantly,they have all reported that she is the nicest,sweetest,most down-to-earth person and is always gracious to her fans.Have you seen the No Doubt video for Underneath It All? At the end of the video,she isn't wearing much makeup,and she looks beautiful :))
