Was the final triumph of women’s suffrage (in the 19th Amendment)a gain for human rights,conservatives or both?

It was a gain for women and for humans. Women are more likely to vote liberal than conservative, especially these days when the conservative agenda is decidedly anti-woman and they have always been against equal rights for women. So it's a loss for conservatives and a gain for liberals (and democrats).
