Is "Great of Fire" a good name for flame broiled Rocky Mt. Oysters? How would it look on the menu?

Sure its a good name. We'll place it next to the Spicey Sausages. At the very least, if the oysters don't serve to be an effective aphrodesiac, perhaps the menu will. :)
