Army meps eye exam? NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!?

ok so when i first went to meps to dep in i ped my eye exam by 1 point for 11x infantry. i just recently got gles and now that ive been wearing them when i take them off ive noticed that i cant see as far as i used too before i got them.. i ship out july 5th in about 2 and a half months, what if when i ship out i fail the eye exam? does that disqualify me?? someone plzzz help
