Does anyone else see Movie Gallery is crooked?

I have worked at Movie Gallery for awhile and we got a new manager a few months ago, he decided to hire his friends clearly going against the equal opportunity act in Movie Gallery's own ociate hand book. This guy also forced one of our best Employees out of the company by lowering his hours and than slandering against him in his termination paper. Now I see that my hours are being lowered terribly, I go from 18 hours in a week to just under 4 hours. Sorry but word to the wise do not work at a Movie Gallery, they say they listen to you but they really don't care about you.
