Fastest shoutdownling .is it dangerous??????? ?

i am using a trick for fastest shut down for my computer. (take the task manager [from atl+cntrl+del or from the taskbar right click]. -shutdown menu - control+turnoff. ) it will shutdown the computer in 3 seconds. is it dangerous???????
