IPod album artwork trouble?

My album artwork is all messed up on my iPod nano 4th generation. Like, instead of having Taylor Swift's "Fearless" album cover on all of her songs on my iPod, it has Cage the Elphants album cover on all of them. Or for the song 4ever by The Veronicas, it has Lil' Wayne's album cover on it. But the weird thing is on iTunes, all of the album covers are where they are supposed to be and in their correct place and song. I use iTunes software 1.0.4. I have a 4th generation iPod. The album covers changed whenever I re-syncd my songs from my iPod onto my new computer and this is when they got messed up. How can I get the album covers where they are supposed to be on my iPod? Please use thorough instructions. All answers are greatly appreciated:)
