Is it tru that Paul Wall has HIV?

I'm not sure, but I heard recently on a radio broadcast that a female complained that she was dating a rapper from Texas that was HIV positive and the way that she found out was by looking in his medicine cabinet and finding a prescription for the disease. What is worse is the fact that she is also infected...is'nt that awful for that dirty beast to do that to her.
