Pregnancy misscarrieage help!?

Hey girls help me! Just yesterday docor toll us my girl is having a misscarrieage .. And just today in the mornnin shes having the symtoms of misscarriega lyk clottin crumps on her pelvix...i wanna noe wat i kan do so she can b more e-z wit this.....another ques how long kan we wait to try again thanx people happy new year!
