Damage Esitmate anyone?

I got into quite a fender bender with s 04' Crystler Town & Country (minivan) today. I want to pay for the victims damage out of my pocket. The rear bumper will need to be replaced and the backside lift-gate will need some parts replaced. What do you all think, everyone I know is aproximating $1300, instant online quotes are at 1100...
