Why dont the Detroit Lions do these moves it will be the best offseason in the history of the NFL.?

If you go back and see the final scores on some of the Lions games, you can see that they have no trouble putting points on the board. Their defense suck and they need to improve in that area. It wouldn't matter if they get Brett Favre to come out of retirement and play for them, they actually need defense. Even though they averaged 16.88 points per game, most of their games were winnable, they need to improve their defense, bottom line! Their only hope is to get Romanowski to return from retirement or where ever he is.
