Do i have bronchitis?

My chest and throat burn and its painful and i cough alot unless i take cough medications, also its hard to swallow now. I've had bronchitis before.. and i am a smoker.. do i have it again?? i did not recently recover from a cold, i only had a sore throat for like 2 days.. and this was like a week ago... anyone know what this is? and in addition i dont have a fever and my nose is only a littttle runny.
