you have a infection somewhere in ur upper respatory tract..and the tast is the infection..the talking wile making you cough more is the vibrations of the larynx making the vocal cords aggravate the lungs its a vibrashion..this is due to lying down the secretion comes up the throat.this causes you to cough..you need to be on a strong antibiotic..like a older one keffexs or cephalexin..penicillin if you can take it.. most infection's will keep active until there threw.. but its been a while now..any fever..you should keep drinking water as much as possible..this is what happens to people that are on antibiotics..they think there better then stop the meds then find out it wasent threw with..you sound as if ur alot better though..ur doc should have seen this..
