Problem with bike not starting?

I would re-charge the battery and give it another go.If you have access to a meter see how many volts you have .Turn the bright lights on if you get it started and see how long it will run,it sounds like the bike is running off the battery until it is dead and will not have enough voltage to crank it back over on a re start.Problems in the charging system.If you do have the meter with a fully charged battery(12.7 or12.8) volts showing-do as I suggested with the lights while the bike is running the meter should be in the mid 14's at about 4500rpm's
