What happens to my RECKLESS DRIVING charge?

I was 17 at the time of recieving a Reckless Driv. charge of 90/55mph zone in VA. However, my court date was a week after i turned 18. I went to court. They gave me a $186 fine, and told me i had to take a driver improvment cl and keep my driving record clear until Sept 17th, my current court date, and that if i did, it would be reduced to improper driving. However, i have recieved two tickets since, and have not taken the improvement cl. I also currently am under a suspended license due to not paying one of those two tickets. what is going to happen?
